What I Help With

Life gets hard. Sometimes it stays hard. Here's what I work on with my clients:

  • Anxiety Worry that won't stop. A mind that races at night. Feeling on edge for no clear reason. I help you slow it down and feel more in control.

  • Grief and Loss Losing someone — or something — changes you. I help you move through it at your own pace, without rushing or pretending it's okay when it isn't.

  • Big Life Changes A new job. A move. A breakup. Becoming a parent. Life transitions can feel like the ground is shifting under your feet. I help you find your footing again.

  • Postpartum and New Parent Struggles The early days of parenthood can be lonely and overwhelming. If you're not feeling like yourself after having a baby, you're not alone — and you don't have to push through it by yourself.

  • Imposter Syndrome and Perfectionism Feeling like you're not good enough — even when the evidence says otherwise. We'll work on changing the story you tell yourself.

  • Identity and Self-Discovery Sometimes you just feel lost. Who you are, what you want, where you're going. I'll help you figure it out.

How Sessions Work

All sessions are held online — so you can meet with me from home, your car, or wherever works for you.

Individual Therapy

  • First session: 55 minutes

  • Follow-up sessions: 45–55 minutes

  • Available to clients in New Jersey and New York

  • New appointments often available within days

Clinical Supervision: Are you a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) working toward your LCSW hours? I offer weekly clinical supervision and can sign off on your clinical hours.

Cost and Payment:

Individual Sessions

  • First session: $250

  • Follow-up sessions: $200

Sliding scale rates are available. If cost is a concern, reach out, and we'll talk about it. I don't want money to be the reason you don't get help.

I am self-pay only and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

FAQs

How do I get started?

Just reach out. Send me a message or call me, and we'll set up a free first chat to make sure we're a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $75 fee.

How long will I be in therapy?

It depends on you. Some people come for a few months while they work through something hard. Others stay longer as they work on everyday stress and growth. We'll figure it out together, and the plan can always change.

Do you take insurance?

I don't bill insurance directly. I am self-pay only, at this time. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Sliding scale rates are available — just ask.

What does therapy with you look like?

We talk. I listen — really listen. I won't just tell you what you want to hear. I'll help you see things differently and give you real tools to use between sessions. I pull from approaches like CBT and mindfulness, but every session is shaped around what you need that day..

How often will we meet?

That's up to you. Some clients meet every week. Others come every other week or once a month. We'll talk about what makes sense at your first appointment.
